How to use

• Gut Scrub: mix 1 teaspoon in water once daily, on an empty stomach with plenty of water. Start small and build up.
• Charcoal: adults take 2 to 8 capsules daily with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Take charcoal at least two hours apart from any medication or other supplements.
