How to take Heavenly Gut Scrub for the best results.

Hi - and thank you for purchasing the Heavenly Gut Scrub. Welcome to the Gut Heaven family!

You have probably bought the scrub because you have either bloating, IBS, slow motility in the bowel, want to support your gut health or concerns about parasites.

The great news is that Heavenly Gut Scrub was developed to help all of these but the amount you use may be different depending on you and your issues. So here is a handy guide to help you get the most from your Heavenly Gut Scrub.

Your dose to start: As a general rule start off with a small tea spoon of Gut Scrub in water - ideally on an empty stomach - once a day. We suggest starting off on a small amount as it will be moving gas through and if you do that too quickly you may be passing gas all day - so we suggest starting slowly! 

After about 5 days start increasing to a heaped tea spoon and if needed you can continue to a large dessert spoon - either all at once or split during the day. If you start having runny poo's you've probably gone to far so step away from the big spoon and bring the dose down.

How long will it take to work?: Everybody is different but most people report improvements within a few days. For people with slow motility it can take longer - factors include hydration, stress, diet so be patient - we find that 14 days is normally the sweet spot for thoses with slow motility where all of a sudden the trip to the bathroom is a joy so stick with it! Consistency is key.

Remember that Heavenly Gut Scrub is not a laxative, it's designed to help you by supporting your gut so that your symptoms will reduce and your gut can work better on it's own.

How long should I take it for? We have clients (and us!) who love it so much that they take a maintenance dose of a tea spoon every day to make sure their symptoms don't return. Some take more, it is just what works best for you.

If you have a special event ideally start a few weeks before to get the best effect.

Parasites: If you're on our Parasite Protocol you can build up to a large dessert spoon and continue that the entire time you're taking the Parasite Tincture. But we are here if you need to ask anything.
